1. Agreement

By using Malaysia CourtDB (https://my.courtdb.org), including our website, MCP server, and connected apps, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Malaysia CourtDB provides Malaysian court case and judgment search, party records, and related legal research tools for informational purposes. Data may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Do not rely on Malaysia CourtDB for legal advice, litigation, or business-critical decisions.

Malaysia CourtDB is not affiliated with Portal Rasmi Kerajaan Malaysia, any Malaysian court, eLaw.my, CLJLaw or other official legal publishers.

3. Accounts and Google Sign-In

MCP access may require signing in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for complying with Google's terms when using Google Sign-In.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract data;
• use automated tools to overload or disrupt the service;
• attempt to bypass access controls or security measures;
• use the service for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual property

Malaysia CourtDB and its original content, features, and branding are owned by Malaysia CourtDB and its licensors. Court judgments and third-party legal data remain subject to their respective sources and licenses.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Malaysia CourtDB is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Malaysia CourtDB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
